Welcome to Snibox (hereinafter referred to as "the App"). This User Agreement (hereinafter referred to as "the Agreement") sets forth the terms and conditions for your use of the App. Please read the following terms carefully, especially those marked in bold. If you do not agree to any of the terms of this Agreement, please stop using the App. Your use of the App will be deemed as your acceptance of this Agreement and your agreement to be bound by it.
You confirm that before you start using the App, you have fully read and understood all the content of this Agreement, and you have the legal capacity for civil conduct. Once this Agreement is changed, we will publish the latest terms of the Agreement within the App. Your continued use of the App will be deemed as your acceptance of these changes.
The App is intended for users who are 5 years of age or older. If you do not meet this age requirement, you may not use the App.
When you register for an account with the App, you must provide true, accurate, and complete information, and regularly update it to maintain its accuracy. You are solely responsible for your account, and you should properly safeguard your account and password, which must not be shared with others.
When using the App, you shall comply with all applicable laws and regulations, respect the rights of others, and not engage in any illegal or infringing activities. You must not post or disseminate any inappropriate content, including but not limited to pornography, violence, insults, fraud, or content that infringes the intellectual property rights of others.
The services provided by the App include image enhancement, colorization, smart beautification, watermark removal, old photo restoration, and photo editing services. We reserve the right to add to, modify, or delete the service content at any time.
The App and all its content are owned by "Snibox". Unless otherwise explicitly authorized, you may not copy, distribute, display, or use any content of the App in any way.
The services provided by the App are provided "as is", and we do not provide any form of express or implied warranty. We are not responsible for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or punitive damages.
If you violate any term of this Agreement, we have the right to take measures including but not limited to warnings, restrictions or termination of services, and deletion of content. If we or a third party suffers any loss due to your violation of this Agreement, you shall bear the corresponding liability for compensation.
This Agreement shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the People's Republic of China. Any disputes arising from this Agreement shall first be resolved through friendly negotiations; if negotiations fail, any party may file a lawsuit with the competent court having exclusive jurisdiction.
The titles in this Agreement are for reading convenience only and do not affect the meaning of the terms. All modifications and supplements to this Agreement shall be made in writing.
